Payment for your reservation must be made in advance via credit card.
If prepayment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, VISA in up to 10 installments. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

The rate allows cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 14 days before check in. If the cancellation of the reservation is made after the established deadline, the total amount of the accommodation will be retained.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/29/2025 - 1/1/20262/13/2026 - 2/17/2026
The reservation cannot be cancelled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
On other dates:Cancellations or changes can be made up until 6 pm on the day of check in without charge. In case of no-show without prior notice within the deadline, a fine of the amount of the first day will be charged.
