Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment for your reservation must be made in advance via credit card.
If prepayment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, VISA in up to 10 installments. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policies

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. If you cancel after the deadline or do not show up, you will be charged the cost of one night.
Policy applicable on dates: 6/7/2024 - 6/8/20246/14/2024 - 6/15/2024
The reservation cannot be cancelled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
On other dates:Cancellation/Changes - Up until 6:00 pm on the check-in date, no charge. After this deadline or in case of no-show, a fine will be charged in the amount of the first day's stay.
